The postpartum window, those tender weeks after birth, is a sacred and powerful time. A time of transformation, deep vulnerability, and healing. As a new mother begins to care for her baby, she, too, must be cared for.
In many traditional cultures, this time is honored with intentional rest, the mother is encouraged not to leave the bed for a couple weeks, warmth, nourishment, and devoted support surround her. But in our modern world, mothers are too often expected to carry it all alone. That’s where I come in.
Whether this is your first baby or you’re welcoming another little one into your family, you deserve to be held. My role is to care for the mother, so that she may rest, recover, and be lovingly supported through this beautiful journey.
I bring grounding presence, herbal support, nourishing Ayurvedic meals and calm energy into your space—making room for everything that arises: the joy, the grief, and everything in-between.
This care is not indulgent—it is essential. When a mother is nourished, the whole family thrives.

“We had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth. She has a very loving and soft presence in the house, especially in such a tender time, as mom and baby heal from birth and try to find their rhythm together. She was able to float in and out of our newborn space with empathy and a soft touch, building a lovely connection with our baby over the early weeks of their life. Non-judgmental, she met us where we were on any given day with a warm smile and genuine curiosity.
Her foods were lovely tonics, it felt luxurious to be fed and nourished by a fellow mama who understood how nice it is to be delivered a hot bowl and tea straight to the nursing station.
While I loved and appreciated everything, from food to baby holding, I was particularly appreciative of the body work for both me and baby. Particularly the abhyanga massage and yoga nidra to help restore and rest. Post partum is a time when I felt like my baby needed so much from me, and so much from my body, those small moments of having a fellow mom pour back into me and support me made such a big difference.”
